The Cockroach Theory for Self Development By Sundar Pichai

Image
At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady. She started screaming out of fear. With a panic stricken face and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach. Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group also got panicky. The lady finally managed to push the cockroach away but ...it landed on another lady in the group. Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama. The waiter rushed forward to their rescue. In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter. The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behavior of the cockroach on his shirt. When he was confident enough, he grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant. Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts and started wondering, was the cockroach responsible for their histrionic behavior? If so, th

Door tu chahe hai mujhse, Dhadknon ke pass hai magar, Zindagi ruthe na khud se, Sath mil jaye tera agar, Khali rahon par main bhatkun, Raston ki na hai koi khabar, Intzaar main krta hun tera, Mil jaye mujhko mera manzar, Tanha na tha pehle main kabhi, Ab nhi mera koi nagar, Ankahi kuch dastaan bhi thi, Dar se mere har pal rahe guzar, Maa tujhe kiese batlaun main, Bahri mehfeel ki reet hai kya, Hath tera ser par chahun main, Jo bhi tha sab kuch hai kho gya, Hai khuda ab mila de maa se tu, Mamta ki lori se sehal jane de, Door kyun rishte kraye tu, Maa ki godi mein hi maar jaane de, I love you mom.

Image

I have learned...

Image
I've learned- that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them. I've learned- that no matter how much I care, some people just don't care back. I've learned- that it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it. I've learned- that no matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that. I've learned- that it's not what you have in your life but you have in your life that counts. I've learned- that you should never ruin  an apology with an excuse. I've learned- that you can get charm for about fifteen minutes. After that, you'd better know something. I've learned- that you shouldn't compare yourself to the best others can do. I've learned- that you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life. I've learned- that it's taking me a lo

Angan main Khili ikk nanhi si kali, Jiske aate e Sabko Khushi hai milli.. anchal main chuppi thi hassi jo meri, muskurane lagi hai umeeden meri.. Sanson ke chalne ka ab ehsaas hai, zindagi jeene pe pura vishvas hai.. Angan main Khili ikk nanhi si kali, Jiske aate e Sabko Khushi hai milli.. Labon se naam tera har pal gungunati rahun, murat ko main teri mujh main hi smati rahun.. batain main teri geeton jiese sunu, goad main sehla lakhon khwab bunu.. Khele sath main mein bhi bachi ban jaun, Teri gudiya sang balon ko tere main sehlaun..

Small Conversation of Son With His Father

Image
One day a son came to his father for an advice: - Dad, I can't do this anymore, - he said, - those lessons only exhaust me. and the result doesn't change. It must be not destined for me to play football and my dream will never come true. The father looked at his son with loving eyes and said: - You know son, every person in life has a dream, a goal of his life. They are the ones that make us do what we are doing, because it's what we should do. We have to fight for what we believe in, what we feel. In other case, you will simply brake. Once - and for all. The easiest way is to quit everything and not go until the end, because the path is difficult and we are not used to inconveniences. We want everything to be easy and at once. But the wishes are fleeting! This is how our dream dies, and the goal becomes unreachable. Gradually, life becomes a routine without depth and meaning. Then one day, we try to forget and start everything from the beginning, we

Difference in the world

Every Sunday morning I take a light jog around a park near my home.  There’s a lake located in one corner of the park.  Each time I jog by this lake, I see the same elderly woman sitting at the water’s edge with a small metal cage sitting beside her. This past Sunday my curiosity got the best of me, so I stopped jogging and walked over to her.  As I got closer, I realized that the metal cage was in fact a small trap.  There were three turtles, unharmed, slowly walking around the base of the trap.  She had a fourth turtle in her lap that she was carefully scrubbing with a spongy brush. “Hello,” I said.  “I see you here every Sunday morning.  If you don’t mind my nosiness, I’d love to know what you’re doing with these turtles.” She smiled.  “I’m cleaning off their shells,” she replied.  “Anything on a turtle’s shell, like algae or scum, reduces the turtle’s ability to absorb heat and impedes its ability to swim.  It can also corrode and weaken the shell over time.” “Wow

Life Poetry(Value of Life)

Dukh toh tab hota hai, Jab koi apna sans khota hai... Duniya main har pal voh hota hai, Jo soch kr mann khud-b-khud rota hai... Na jaane vo sukun vo rehmat chippi hai kahan, Voh bhi kya din the meri jannat thi jab yahan... Lakhon vade tod ke chod chla hai kyun mujhe, Khwab toh dil main hain bda stayenge tujhe... Ye dard bhra kissa hai suna nhi skta, Dil main roz behte hain moti jo baha nhi sakta... Thank you Er. Life and Work (Specially for working people)

Image
Father was a hardworking man who delivered bread as a living to support his wife and three children. He spent all his evenings after work attending classes, hoping to improve himself so that he could one day find a better paying job. Except for Sundays, Father hardly ate a meal together with his family. He worked and studied very hard because he wanted to provide his family with the best money could buy. Whenever  the family complained that he was not spending enough time with them, he reasoned that he was doing all this for them. But he offend yearned to spend more time with his family. The day came when the examination results were announced. To his joy, Father passed, and with distinctions too! Soon after, he was offered a good job as a senior supervisor which paid handsomely. Like a dream come true, Father could now afford to provide his family with little luxuries like nice clothing, fine food and vacation abroad. However, the family still did not get to see his father
